What specific ministries do we offer?

  • We offer Bible instruction for youth in order to prepare them to take the Lord’s Supper. Normally this instruction takes place during the 7th and 8th grade years. Exceptions can be made depending on the readiness of the individual youth.
  • We offer Bible instruction for adults who would like to learn about the historic Christian faith and their need for Jesus, his cross, and his resurrection. This instruction also prepares adults for membership in the congregation and for reception of the Lord’s Supper as a communicant.
  • “Jesus Cares” ministry, which is a special needs ministry to those with learning handicaps. This program is open to anyone with special needs in the community. Our first event will be held in the fall of 2014. Check the website calender under “About Us” for more information.
  • V.I.P. Senior Luncheon, which is held once per month, on a Tuesday, 11:30am. Be treated like a V.I.P. and enjoy good conversation with peers. The week on which this held may vary, so please check the website calendar under “About Us” to determine on which Tuesday it will be held during any particular month. 60+ are invited, although exceptions (for those not quite 60!) are happily made. It is open to any senior of the community. You do not need to be a member of the congregation to attend! Only please confirm ahead of time for your personal V.I.P. place setting.
